Barbera d’Asti Superior D.O.C.G.
Tasting notes:
Dark ruby red color with violet reflections, intense and complex bouquet reminiscent of ripe fruit; aging in wood has given to this wine pleasant hints of vanilla. The high alcohol level (14.5%-15.5% vol) is well supported by a remarkable structure and an excellent balance.
A wine for the lovers of “robust” Barbera, suitable for lunches and dinners of great occasions, it goes well with meat main courses.

Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese D.O.C.
Tasting notes:
The color is not very intense ruby red, the aromas recall ripe fruit and spices; the marked tannicity, a typical characteristic of this grape, can be felt, softened and pleasant, in the wine.Generally it is believed Grignolino should be consumed young or within 2-3 years from harvest, but this is not true for our Grignolino, which shows to be getting better with time. Alcohol content from 14% to 15% Vol.
Rebus id an ideal wine to accompany Piedmontese appetizers and first courses. However, a wine for the whole meal.

Made from Bordeaux origin grapes grown in our vineyards, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby red color, intense and complex aromas, persistent; the structure is remarkable, the high alcohol level (14%-15% Vol) accompanied by a low acidity and by a delicate “tannin”, gives a pleasant smoothness to this wine. It is suitable to be consumed starting from 2 years after harvest and can improve with ageing for a long period of time.
AD Primus is suitable for the whole meal, but it is at its best with the great main meat courses of the Piedmontese tradition.
To be consumed at a temperature of about 18 ° C.
Red Wine

Soft and pleasant on the palate, it evolves slowly over time, gradually taking on more complex aromas and allowing it to be consumed even 2-3 years after harvest. It is good as aperitif, either alone or for the preparation of cocktails; it goes well with appetizers, pasta dishes and pizza. Alcohol content is 13-13,5% Vol, according to the vintage.
It should be served chilled (about 8-10° C)
